These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, govern your (“your” and “you” refer to you and any person for whom a registered account has been created by you, or who uses the site on your behalf) use of the Healthbit website (the “Website”) and our related mobile application (comprising software, data and media) (the “App”) and your relationship with Healthbit Ltd (“Healthbit”, “we” or “us”). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law.

References in these Terms and Conditions to the “Site” mean, together, the Website, the App and all related content, media and underlying software and technology, including any future updates to any of them.
By downloading the App or using the Site you agree to these terms and conditions which will bind you.
This Site is for personal use by individuals. Companies or businesses should not use the Site without permission. References to these Terms and Conditions include our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for or use the Site or download the App and we will not license the Site to you and if you have started downloading the App you must stop that process now.

Summary
We offer a free service for users to track and share health experiences with other users of this Site in order that they can understand more about their health, lifestyle and any relevant conditions.
We do not provide medical advice. You must always seek professional medical advice. In an emergency, always telephone the emergency services.
Your right to use the Site
The Site is provided to you for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions and, in the case of the App, subject to any rules or policies applied by any appstore provider or operator from whose site you downloaded the App (“Appstore Rules“).
Subject to you abiding by these Terms and Conditions, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Site on your computer or mobile or handheld device, subject to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Appstore Rules. We reserve all other rights. You may download a copy of the App onto your device and view, use and display the App on your device for your personal purposes only.
You agree:

not to copy the Site except where such copying is incidental to normal use of the Site, or where it is necessary for the purpose of back-up;

From time to time updates to the App may be issued through the Appstore. Depending on the update, you may not be able to use the App until you have downloaded the latest version of the App and accepted any new terms.
You will be assumed to have obtained permission from the owners of any mobile or handheld devices that are controlled, but not owned, by you and to download a copy of the App onto those devices. You and they may be charged by your and their service providers for internet access on the devices. You accept responsibility in accordance with these Terms and Conditions for the use of the App on or in relation to any relevant device you use or control, whether or not it is owned by you.
Registration
To register on the Site you must be over 16 years of age.
You may opt to register using your existing log-in details from trusted identity providers, such as Google, Facebook, Twitter and others, using an existing registration that you may have. This will simplify the registration process, but there will still be some additional details for you to complete.
You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration (including details obtained indirectly about you through your chosen identity provider, if applicable) or at any time are correct and complete.
You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details in order that we can communicate with you effectively.

When you register to use the Site and do not use login details from an existing identity provider, you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone.
